I have always loved bread. I was always curious about how it was made. My Mom reminded me about her Moms bread recipe. I failed at my first few attempts but finally got the hang of it. When

I tasted Grandma Mele's homemade bread, I was immediately transported to Delaware ave in Albany NY. We would spend Sundays visiting, playing in the paved parking lot next door and come back into the house to enjoy her wonderful toast. Delicious! Her rolls were great also. Now I make this bread when time allows, and give it to family & friends.
